Dispute Resolution

For Individuals Residing in Canada

You agree to comply with all applicable Canadian laws regarding Site use and product purchases. Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Ontario.

For Individuals Residing in the United States

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act and the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

You and WMK Appliances waive the right to a jury trial or participation in a class action.

Arbitration will occur in California, unless otherwise agreed. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding. Limited exceptions apply (e.g., small claims court, government actions, or intellectual property claims).

By using this Site, you agree that the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles, govern these Terms and any disputes that may arise.
